Interview
This was one of the best interview processes that have have been a part of. They have three stages personality, technical and a practical. The personality interview is overseen by the companies recruiter. It is very laid back with question about where you came from in your life and carrier. The jobs you had worked and why you worked there with any experiences that stick out. They really try and see if your personality will fit with the rest of the team. The second interview is with the Co-Founder and one of the more experienced techs on staff. The go down a list of technical questions that deal with some of the every day jobs at the company and then dive deeper into some of the skills you had put on your resume. The third interview is a practical role play where as you are a tech and one of the other employees are a customer. You walk in to a room with a computer, Phone and small network is setup. Your job is to interact with the customer and find out what his needs are and try and fix them with in a hour. These are all real world issue with out any " I Gotcha" problems. I was humbled by the realization of some skills that I had lost when I was employed by my last job.
Make sure you are honest with yourself and you know your stuff about everything on your resume.
