Applied for the position and received an invitation to a group interview near Southampton. Before going to the interview, was given a series of competency tests. For the group interview stage, we were put into teams and asked to find solutions to a quiz answer question based on making logical assumptions rather than knowing answers. I was then interviewed alone by a panel of 3 interviewers.
