The interview process seems to be a little inconsistent / all over the place for non-engineers and non-designers (meaning PM's and Ops types). Generically speaking, they do at least 1, sometimes 2, "technical interviews", and then a final "EQ" interview with leadership. The EQ interview seems a lot less like them objectively evaluating your emotional intelligence, and a lot more seeing if you're onboard with being a 'yes man' for the leadership's way of doing things.
