Question 1
Give a situation where you demonstrated an ability to lead, resolve an issue, and overcome opposition.
Apply online, one online interview with 3 person panel about 3 weeks after applying. Results within 2 weeks. Onboarding took ages which apparently is standard for civil service but as an applicant can be very inconvenient
The interview structure is very generic & follows the cross government competency standards. You would asked to provide examples of how you have experience which meets the grade standard using a STAR structure
