Delaware Claims Processing Facility interview questions

I applied through Indeed, and a couple days later I was contacted by a woman from the HR department about a phone screening, which happened the next day. About a week after that, I came to the Wilmington office for an interview, where I met with the same woman from HR, and another employee who handles training. During this interview, they asked me some questions about my background and gave me more details about the job. Later that week, I was sent an analytical and reading comprehension assessment, which took about an hour. The day after completing this, they contacted me with an offer.

Relatively easy interview process. Required to take analytical reasoning exam at end of interview. Overall spoke with a director and manager during interview process and then began training a month later.
