I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deliverr in Sep 2021
Interview
An external company called Woven conducts the interview process.
They contact you with a 3-step challenge that test your skills in real life situations.
No DSA problems.
Necessary time is given to get used to the coding env (it's bad).
Max duration: 1h 45m.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deliverr (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Dec 2021
Interview
Call with recruiter,
home test, was great and short, 90 min about databases, architecture and coding
4 hour back to back onsite(but remote) with questions about databases, architecture and coding
after that came the offer
I was first sent an online asssessment with a 3rd party platform, which I found was refreshing as it was more of a practical exercise rather than requiring you to practice LeetCode problems. If you are a senior backend engineer, it should be straightforward. It contained some coding, some database and some troubleshooting ideas.
After that I had a call with HR, and then 5 interviews as part of the virtual on-site: behavioural, deep dive, design, coding, coding. The coding questions were probably medium LC. Deep dive goes into a past project you worked on. Overall, the interview process is similar to other top tech companies, although maybe not as difficult or rigorous as you could see in some places.
Was informed the day after the interview that an offer would be coming. Was very happy with my recruiter who communicated in a timely manner throughout the process and answered all my questions. After the offer, I still had some questions and they helped set up some calls so I can get those answered. I had an offer from another company as well but was really happy with the whole process at Deliverr from start to end, including the offer.

Question 1
I would say one surprise I had was that database modeling was pretty important for this interview.
