Pretty standard strategy interview. Phone Screen with HR, take home case, verbal case, interview with team. Interviewee needs to drive the process as it is clear HR is very busy. My downfall was not portraying my experience well enough ultimately costing me on what would have been a dream position. Got dinged on experience even though I had more YoE than the person interviewing me

Over all I though the process was normal. The data analysis project was not difficult but time consuming and needed completed in 24 hours, which feels difficult when they are looking for a polished presentation. Had a phone screen with a hr recruiter. Then did an analytics project, that was given 24 hours to complete. I had a follow up clarifying question related to that project. Recruiter passed it on the hiring manager, but I didn't get a response back on that for 3 days. So I had already completed and turned in the analysis. The recruiter was nice enough to offer me more time to adjust my work based on the response to my question. After the project was a call with the hiring manager. The recruiter then set up 3 calls with members from the cross-functional team. 5 minutes before the second call was scheduled to start I received an email and call from the hr recruiter, telling me that they were not moving forward with my application and she cancelled the two remaining interviews. All together it was about a month long process. 1 week from application to screening call. A week on the project, and then about 2 weeks from then to being told no.

Part 1: A 15 minute meeting with a recruiter that was incredibly rushed. She called me 5 minutes late and then seemed irritated when I had questions about the role. Part 2: A "challenge" to be completed in 24 hours with 3 parts including 2 extensive data analysis portions. My impression is they have no respect for candidate's time or perception of their company. After reviewing the challenge and reflecting on my conversation with the recruiter, I decided not to move forward with the process.
