Had 3 interviews, Recruiter call- Coding and System Design but was rejected at System design round but they asked some really good questions. The recruiter made sure to keep me posted about everything. Had a very good experience even though the result was negative.

I did not send a resume to this company they contacted me via a recruiter in linkedIn saying that i would be good fit for their android position. first round was Hr, about 30 mins. second round was technical interview, questions about android lifecycle and component, one algorithm question at the end. i solve the question with brute force in 5 minutes and came up with a more sufficient solution for the rest of the interview which they both worked. now, for the third round, it was a so called team fit interview with a guy that didn't pay any attention. there was screaming in the background and he was so distracted by it, at first i thought it was a cat, turned out to be a little girl. he left the interview several time to check up on her, at the end she managed to get in and actually came up to the webcam and spit on the webcam which was phenomenal actually!! the interview was cut short and 4 days later i received their rejection letter from the workday website, classy right? long story short, if they contact you through linkedIn, run!!
