The interviewer wasn't very clear on the role being offered. There was a lack of understanding of the company's numbers at the interviewer's answers and questions were answered only ambiguously. There was also a lack of action orientation in the organisation and reminded of a once upon a time startup that has lost its startup vibe completely.
