Laid back,you really can just be yourself. Make sure to showcase customer service and conflict resolution skills. Don’t be afraid to show that you have an upbeat personality as they really appreciate that.

Interview
First there was an online assessment. If selected you'll do a phone interview, followed by a virtual interview with a couple leaders on management. The virtual interview was great. It was conversational rather than an interrogation.

Pretty easy - be honest and up front about your expectations. You can't really negotiate pay but try to get the schedule you want in the beginning because it's hard to change later on.
