2 stages. First with line manager and second with head of the global team. Both very experience and culture fit focussed. I was asked one problem based question on intellectual property.

IP related question on ownership of IP by companies.
Easy and standard interview about your aspirations, experience, etc. They also asked personal questions about choice of profession and other questions (what do you like, your hobbies, how you usually spend your free time) to make a picture of you.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dentons (Sydney)
Interview
I interviewed with 2 partners and the HR so it was a little confronting at first but the partners are quite nice. The process was about one hour long. The interview questions are quite general (about my work experience). There was no technical question.
