Interview process was professional and efficient. Questions were a mix of understand skills and experience and competency based questions. 2 round interview process completed in 3 weeks, first interview was virtual with 1 director and the second was with the hiring manager face to face.

very detailed and asking about my experience, personal preferences. what is my work experience and who were my line managers in the previous job? how i manage professional relationships? what i will do in case of company loss and what are the measures applied?

The hiring process was handled smoothly by their HR department. A HR manager calls up for a brief run through of your experience, then you get into a first round of interview with your direct report, and a second interview with the chief accountant.

First round of interview will be based on your resume and skills, a rundown of the new role, why do you want this job etc. Second round of interview are mainly behavorial questions, ie where do you see yourself in 5 years, describe a challenge that you've overcome, what are your weaknesses or areas of improvement.
