Interview
It was a panel interview comprising of the Senior HR Manager and an HR executive. They asked me a few questions about my prior experience as well as my knowledge of the role.
Recruiter is honest as she/he just mentioned that the role pay with slim budget. But sadly he/she ghosted me after I told him/her regarding my last salary. Thanks to the recruiter from saving me.
Following my second-stage interview, I haven’t received any update regarding the process. I must admit the lack of communication leaves a poor impression of the organisation. When candidates invest time and effort into tasks and presentations, it’s reasonable to expect timely feedback, regardless of the outcome.

Interview
Three stages , all virtual over video. Early stages more informal, 'getting to know you' with some competency based questions. Later stages more role specific to the role and giving examples of similar impact in previous roles.
