My advice to all of you please don't trust them All HR team is like they are doing big help to us to giving interview call. They call you or message over LinkedIn & asked for profile when you share profile they just like disappear. Again they call you after 20 to 25 days to schedule interview call . One HR schedule my interview with one of paid social person when I checked the interviewers details over LinkedIn then one of them is 1.5 years of experience & other one is 3.5 years of experience he asked mo some questions related to paid campaign like he is pro he invented paid social . He was totally arrogant guy & and asked 3 to 4 questions an day after interview they mail me you are not shortlisted . I am almost 8 years of experience person & that guy just asked 2 or 3 question an rejected me after that I got to know they do not have enough budget to pay as per my expectations. So my clear opinion is if you do not have enough budget then don't waste time for interview the persons who tell clearly mention his salary expectations.

Had a phone screening on a Wednesday, Was told I was going to hear back by Friday and they completely ghosted me. Sent multiple emails with no response. Very unprofessional
