One screen, followed by a take-home assignment which candidates were supposed to submit within 3 hours
Was a fairly strange process with no feedback and very specific submission process
Can’t help but feel it’s a bad look to get candidates to do free work so early in the process

Interview
Required several rounds of interviews, plus two lengthy assignments, including consulting on their tech stack & how they should staff & structure the team. Then they went missing for weeks. Finally got in touch with someone senior in HR who said they didn’t hire anyone for the role but were going in another direction. Unprofessional.
