Interview process is very transparent and straight forward. They give you a clear look at pay, position responsibilities and company culture. For this position, it was a 2 step process in getting hired and they never left me hanging always letting me know the when and how. The final interview is with the owners of the company and they do a great job of making you feel comfortable in the interview process.
