      Graphic Designer Interview

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Design Army

      Interview

Two principals did not communicate properly. Lady boss did not put any effort in the interview. Went straight to criticizing any work shown. Then left because she clearly didn’t give a damn about the interview. Looks like a fun company to work for!

      Interview

These people are awful, don't even interview. Their egos are off the charts and it was clear even from the interview they do not want to waste time even pretending to be decent people. The reviews speak for themselves.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Design Army in May 2016

      Interview

Jake responded to me almost immediately over e-mail and gave me a project brief. After I had submitted my work for the brief, they set up a webcam interview on a Sunday night at 9-10 pm. They did not ask or apologize for this being an inappropriate time. I was also straight out of college so I did not have real client work. Jake was particularly focused on this which I was confused about because I stated in my e-mail and resume that I had graduated recently. Overall, they were both unpleasant to interview with and came off knowingly arrogant and cold. Not my place to judge two people in a relationship, but there seemed to be a lot that needed to be reconciled between the two. They did not give off the best chemistry or energy.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

When did you graduate? What have you been doing since then?
