Interview
They were very thorough during the application process. I think it took weeks, mainly because I was given the option to schedule the interview. They will give you situational tests and (unpaid) skills tests:
1. English language Test & Situational Customer handling test
2. Skills test (3 different requests: digital painting, vector art, and custom typography for me).

Question 1
I forgot some of the questions because I was a bit distracted. But I remember them asking if I can handle more than 5 clients, what my greatest artistic achievement is (?), how I manage my time, etc.
They also discussed the role and asked follow-up questions. For example, if I can handle a schedule of 9 am to 6 pm (depending on the clients' time zone), and such.
HR required a lot of material in a limited amount of time. Not easy to take on if you have other commitments. They don't allow you to postpone the test until the weekends. Clock starts as soon as you get the email.

Interview
Long and tedious, with several steps and custom illustrations that take up entire days of your time, even when unsure that you're going to be offered a position. It takes place over a few weeks, and I would not recommend it if you are looking to be hired immediately.
