The director conducting the interview had a seriously inflated ego. They acted like they were doing me a favor by even considering me for the position, and their condescending attitude was off-putting. It was clear they thought they were better than everyone else in the room. They interrupted me constantly and seemed more interested in belittling me than actually conducting a fair interview. It was a terrible experience that left me feeling disrespected and undervalued.

Very proactive and smooth process. During the interviews felt welcomed. Especially, I was highly surprised and pleased by the final interview with the CEO. During both interviews the questions were strictly professional and considerable time was dedicated to discuss the job offered and the future opportunities in the company.
