Interview
The interview was straight forward and casual, the questions came from a prewritten packet. Neither of the interviewers were overly formal or serious, and explained their agency in depth when I asked questions about it. They directly talked to me about pay afterwards, so I had a pretty good idea they would offer me the position. There were a few different interruptions during the process.

Interview
After sending my resume and cover letter, the company communicated that they would be in touch to schedule an interview. However, later I received an email that the position was filled. I would have liked to know why I was overlooked but I guess most companies do not take effort to be honest and do that.
Was digital with about three people to four people. Ask basic questions but mostly about safety and therapy and how I planned to keep my sessions interesting when the kids get bored.

How do you plan to include play or games into therapy.
I interviewed here several years ago and the interviewer was rude and unfriendly and forgot that the interview was scheduled for that day and time. The online application process was average.
