First I had gone through a phone interview with their hiring agent.
Then I had a web conference video with the sales director.
Then after interviewing with him I interviewed with their V.P. the same way.
Extensive background check was conducted and a Drug Screen (I can't remember which one first of those two).
Then I received a call from the hiring agent after all that was done (probably a couple weeks or so) and was offered the position.
Very thorough process. One can tell they weed out a lot of candidates through their process.
