2 rounds, very casual. Ask you about what motivates you and what interests you about recruiting. The first round was a phone screen, the second round was a panel of 3 employees over zoom. Nice people!
I applied online. I interviewed at Dexian (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jun 2025
Interview
I made it past the first initial interview to the second interview, where it was two recruiters and me. The two recruiters honestly made me super uncomfortable and just stared at me in silence after every question I answered. I was then ghosted after this interview which I expected but is still super unprofessional.
I had 4 different interviews with various people within the company. The initial one was an intro call with the hiring manager. After the initial call each interview was around 45 minutes. I made it to the final interview and never got a call back or email back regarding next steps or an offer. After following up 4 times with the hiring manager this was quite disappointing.

Question 1
Why are you interested in recruiting? What previous experience do you have in a sales role?
Typical Interview process. One call with a recruiter, than an interview with another recruiter, and finally a group interview with members from the office you're applying to. They're nice people, easy to talk to, but hard to know where you really stand with them as they'll say they like you and you're a great fit for the role.
