It was a standard customer service position interview. Introduction to the job duties, scheduling, etc. There were about 7-8 questions. The whole process took about half hour. It was a virtual interview but felt like an in-person interview.
Pretty relaxed not too much pressure. Interviewer was pretty nice and accommodating to me. Simple and casual conversation between us and seemed interested in my life rather then just asking me all the questions on here clipboard
