Interview
The first interview was about 20 min long and it was like a welcome to the firm.
2nd interview was about 1 hour. We discussed about the job and "played" a role game, where i was dialectica's associate and tryied to find a solution in a situation of a client.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dialectica (Athens, Athens, Attica)
Interview
3 stage process. First, a brief call with the recruiter asking mostly about your experience, then a 30 minutes interview with the same recruiter asking you what you know about the company and a role playing pretending you are the client and then the Associate and lastly an interview with the team manager.

Interview
Got a first video call with a friendly lady. And then a second call with an HR lady. They were all very young and seemed to be freshly out of university.
But overall they seemed to be polite and friendly.

Not many questions but they more talked about their company and the role. The HR asked a couple of situation questions that's it.
