There will be 3-4 round interview to get hired. Some subjective problems can be questioned in the last round, while tough technical issues will be discussed in the others. When it comes to the salary topic, you can tell them you will follow the company's rule.

Interview
first, they gave me a phone call to schedule my on-site interview date. on the interview day, first I had a logic test and then an interview. the logic test is a standard one of its kind. in the interview, all questions are behavioral. the interviewer is rather young, i really doubt if he can make wise choices.
