Very easy. Series of 2-3 interviews. First interview with office admin. The second was with Partners and the attorneys that I was to support. Interviews were conducted primarily by Zoom.
Meeting with attorneys you would directly work under as well as the head dof corporate department to assess character and core competencies, as well as confirming what prior experience contributed.

My interview process was via zoom with the office administrator and the two attorneys I would directly be supporting. Basic education and experience questions were asked. Job offer was via phone call within 24 hours.
