Interview
Spoke to several people across the different business functions. No clear process or technical tests, but the leadership and executives were directly involved in the process. After a few meetings and negotiations I received an offer.

Question 1
No specific questions. They tried to assess my suitability to run ads as well as my understanding of marketing in general, but at the time they didn't have the in-house expertise to really measure that. They did ask some standard interview questions.
