The CEO will reach out to you for an in person interview. When you arrive, there will be a multiple choice brain teaser type quiz/assessment; mostly contains math and word problems. The moment I saw the test I knew I’d failed because I rarely do math. For example: There are 10 people in a room. Each person shakes everyone else’s hand. How many handshakes are there? I put 100 but then I realized it’s 90. Not sure why this is part of the process since none of the questions are relevant to the job itself. The CEO will still interview you regardless. He will not notify you if you’re not moving forward, he will just mark you as not selected in Indeed, even though he will tell you he’ll call either way.
