From the start, the entire panel demonstrated a high level of professionalism and respect, making the atmosphere welcoming. I want to give a special mention to Mr. Oluwakayode Olatunji who also provided valuable advice that I can leverage in my future endeavors. It's rare to find such a welcoming interview environment. Regardless of the outcome, I left the interview feeling positive.

The interview team were cordial in their approach. I was tensed while answering the first question, "Please, introduce yourself?" However, I felt supported when one of the interviewers calmly advised that I should be calm, that it is fine to take my words one at a time till I gain momentum. It worked, as my words were more audible and fluent. I had adequately prepared for the interview but being tensed would have made most of my responses unintelligible, but for the reassurance. At the end of the interview, the team softly advised on areas for further reading. At that point; I realized that Digital Encode were genuinely interested in my personal growth.
