Initial phone screen to setup an in-person interview. Had an hour long in-person interview. Standard questions about previous projects (needed to bring a portfolio) and personal interests. After interview received an offer later that day.

Tell me about X Project, what did you like about it and would you do anything differently if you could do it again?
Applied through a college Co-op office. Contacted through DL's HR. Asked to come in for an interview. Came in, interviewed with 3 mechanical engineers (whole MechE team at that point). Very technical, needed for hardware startup.
