I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dignari in May 2024
Interview
I started off with an internal recruiter phone screen interview. Within the next week, I was scheduled to interview with the manager of the position. Similar to the other Designer review here, everything seemed like it was going well. I was then tasked with a design assignment where I had to redesign a Dignari powerpoint. After submission, I was ghosted too. I would've liked feedback or a rejection email. If they have poor communication during the interview stages, I can't imagine what it's like actually being employed there. Overall waste of time.
Everything seemed fine at first. Completed three rounds of interviews, as well as a somewhat extensive design challenge. Including prep time, multiple interviews, and the design challenge, I put about 30 hours into getting hired at this company. After I turned in the design challenge, they ghosted me.
Followed up with two people to get clarity one way or the other, and got no response. Even a quick, canned rejection email would have sufficed, but they couldn’t be bothered. Not interested in working for a company that has the professionalism of a bad Tinder date.
