I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dilmah (Peliyagoda) in May 2022
Interview
There were around 30 candidates for the second interview. 2 members were there in the interview and the they initially checked the certificate file. Afterwards they asked questions about my experience level etc.
