I applied online for about 5 positions through out the company. Got an interview about a week later for a lead receptionist position. Got there and was totally lost as to where to park, no communication was shared about that. The interview lasted about half an hour. All pre arranged questions, about 2 pages worth. And all of my answers were written down by the manger I was being interviewed by. Got a call about 3 days later and was asked to come in for a second interview. Little did I know this was actually for an entirely different position, one that I didn't even apply for! I was told I seemed to be a better fit for a different position but was not selected for the position I was trying for. Turns out they were desperately trying to fill the position for an Administrative Assistant(AA). The AA would work under the general manager and she was pregnant and leaving for maternity leave in 4 months. Thus I would have to cover her position as the AA with no additional compensation and with very little training. I thought I could handle it until she had me interview with both the Director of Sales and the Director of Marketing. They made me so uncomfortable and unsure of myself it was ridiculous. It was such a stressful interview and way to much information and direct bashing on pervious employees whom had the job.
