I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Dimopoulos Injury Law (Las Vegas, NV) in Sep 2024
Interview
Submitted an application and received an interview request very quickly. The interview coordinator was responsive and accommodating. I met with two current attorneys who asked standard interview questions. Both were approachable and forthcoming.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dimopoulos Injury Law (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
Interviewed with the director of litigation and then Steve. The interview with the director of litigation consisted of a bunch of "fact patterns" and a test of how I would handle each situation. Did not tell me a lot about the firm and what I heard didn't sound great such as pay, bonuses, expectations etc. Seemed like a real mill.
I next met with Steve. Steve was 15 minutes late for the interview which is rude. No apology from him. Additionally, I requested discretion in the interview process because I had a job which wasn't respected. When I met with Steve he was very focused on his computer screen. He ran through a couple fact patterns and asked me no questions about my extensive litigation experience. Felt like he immediately decided I wasn't a good fit based on something other than experience. He came across as aloof and arrogant just like his billboards.
