Very brief. We discussed some of the previous jobs I held in my resume. They asked me standard questions about my work ethic, experience, etc. Not too hire-pressure. I applied online through my university job search site. I got an email a few weeks later asking to schedule an interview. After the interview was set up, I went to their Venice office. It is a business-casual work place, but for the interview I dressed business- professional to be safe. After that interview I was told I would hear back about coming in for a second interview with the founder of the company. After that I was offered the job about a week later.
