I did a phone interview with the regional manager after a couple of emails being exchanged over the last couple of days. He was really informative and seemed to be pitching the job to me more than interviewing me. I did get the chance to ask a lot of questions about his background and the company, which he was very open about. I've found most of the marketing jobs I've been getting calls from don't like to discuss what exactly they do until they have you in person, and even then its still a little shady.

A lady named Crystal reached out to me and was interested in my background as a mental health professional and what capacity I worked with in Gerontology. Because I worked with elderly she concluded I would know how to develop rapport with them.
