Interview
After submitting my resume via indeed.com, I was contacted by email by a recruiter. In the email I stated that I would like to learn more about the job. I was then called to schedule an interview with another recruiter. After speaking with her for a few moments, she scheduled a phone interview with another recruiter. The phone interview went great and I was offered the job shortly after that. The overall experience of the interview was great!
The interview process was pretty simple and not intense. If you are a licensed agent with good communication skills the interview should be a breeze. The questions in my interview were pretty straightforward and based on my skills and abilities to handle high volume calls.
