I had a phone screen interview, and then they asked me to come to their DTLA office to interview in person with the COO and VP of Ops. When I arrived, the people I was supposed to interview with were not there, as they had been held up on a production run, and I interviewed with the person who would be my direct manager. I was supposed to be there for an hour and was only there around 20 minutes before being ushered out of the office on the promise that the VP of Ops, who had been my point of contact, would call to reschedule my interview that night or the next day. After waiting 4 business days without hearing anything, I reached out about the status of my interview. After another day, I heard back that they would not be continuing with my candidacy. The whole process was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend wasting your time interviewing with this company.
