Applied via seek, and was given a phone interview with acquisition coordinator, asked some questions mainly revolving around my previous work experience. I was given a quick run down of the company and the job role, and a face to face interview was scheduled.
Face to face interview was more of a discussion about the general role, my past work experience, and my future goals. The HR manager did have a questionnaire sheet however it was used as prompts for a conversation. Was asked some questions that required a scenario, but that was relatively straightforward.
Only 1 face to face interview, with acquisition coordinator requesting to do a reference check a couple days later. Had to provide 3 references, but they only contacted 2.
