Process is lagging. Recruiters just want to line up people.Recruiters are not in the same line as what the panel needs from the candidates. they say something and panel says something else.JDs are bad. The first round looks good, but what are they expecting from it is very abstract. A total time waste

I was very humbled by the way Hotstar conducted rounds specific to the position.The atmosphere that Hotstar provides is one of the best.The Interviewers are very professional.
First Round: Skype Discussion and You will be asked to write programs.
Second Round:Detailed Technical Discussion
Third Round: DS Round and some questions on automation.
Fourth Round: Bar Raiser

1 coding 1 design and 1 bar raiser . .before all this there would be a video call screening . All of these were elimination rounds. The interviewers are so down to earth and will have the tendency to get you to the solution depending upon your attitude.
