Absolute unprofessional and funny. Three rounds, all of them were either missed by the interviewer or they were superbly late. The final round was horrible, the interviewer turns up 20 minutes late for a 30 minute scheduled interview, could not answer half the question I asked and finally said "it's hard to judge a candidate in 30 minutes and you have to be sure if you can perform in the role or you will be let go".
To which my answer was "not 30 but 10 minutes, since the interviewer was late by 20 minutes, and second it's an unsaid rule, If I don't perform no company will will like to keep me in the payroll and pay free cash".
The attitude of the interview was worst, it was almost a threat to the candidate about performance, even before the candidate has joined. Secondly, it was a foolish statement and seems very immature, who says that after all?
Disney Star should consider crash courses for its senior employees on how to take candidate interviews, what to ask/not to ask and how to ask and how not to ask! And please ask them to be punctual and not to take phone calls during the interview. Its unprofessional!
Small suggestion "Never bet against a person who just keeps showing up on time"!
