I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DisputeSoft in Oct 2015
Interview
20 minute phone call, went over past experiences and what languages would best work for me as an intern. Invited to take technical test later today. The exam is meant to take 6-8 hours.
I was contacted for an initial phone and resume screen. I spoke with the Human Resources manager for an approximately hour long interview. I was asked about my prior experience, my coursework, and my experience specifically with hardware and systems. I was contacted afterward encouraging me to apply again next year. Oh my God, next year!

Why DisputeSoft?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DisputeSoft (College Park, MD) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview was at my university's career center and was 30 minutes long with 3 HR/Marketing employees to get an idea of my technical experiences. They also asked some behavioral questions, not much. Mostly just me talking about my technical project experiences, they seemed to be looking for people with strong programming skills and some experience in SQL and SW development strategies like Agile. After my interview I got an email a couple days later asking me to take their technical test. They gave me 48 hours to complete a test that they stated would only take me 6-8 hours. I ended up spending almost 10 hours on it before running out of time due to other obligations I had (like my schoolwork and job). I submitted my incomplete technical test anyways, I completed 3/4 of the questions. Two days after that I got an email letting me know they are going with other candidates. Overall easy and relaxed behavioral interview, but very hard technical interview.
