I had two phone interviews with the Head of Marketing. I was not hired but enjoyed my conversations with him. He was curious about my ideas and still gave me a chance to interview despite not being qualified for the role.

I interviewed with them via phone call and they never got back to me. The interview went well and I was told that I'd move on to the next round. After a week of no update I emailed them asking about an update on the status of the position and they never responded. It's unfortunate because I was really interested in the company/position, but they were incredibly unprofessional in the way they handled the situation.
