Sofía Perez, has contacted me trough e-mail at 7 pm to have an interview next day at 10 am.
This immediately alerted me as you can quickly see that they are not really planning anything and they have a last minute solve issue company culture.
I showed up to the interview, and I talked to the owner, Eduardo who is unable to speak English, but he made it clear that during this interview we were not going to discuss salary... Another Big Warning.
After a quick chat with the owner Eduardo, I quickly moved on to talk again with Sofía, which is a young energetic Colombian local girl who is apparently in charge of marketing, and apparently anything that she can do, since she is apparently deciding who is hired, and who is not as well, another red sign.
Next day I receive an Email, congratulating me with a different name, and telling me the salary and basic work conditions.
Everything was very murky, not properly explained and there were a lot of room for questions, which I made in my reply, asking if the Copy Pasted Email was for me or not.
I received a quick apology and assurance that all my questions would be answered soon.
Next day Sofia emailed me saying that they found another instructor that has agreed to arrive earlier so I could apply for the next position.
