Processo molto veloce, telefonata e colloquio on line con responsabile di area. Ambiente molto socievole. Referente giovane e che mette a proprio agio. Il primo colloquio invece è stato telefonico con la referente in Inghilterra.
They asked me to go in person to the meeting, for telling me they misunderstood. They did nopt stand external competition obviously. The people who interviwed me were senior managers, An they basically played me.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Diversey in Sep 2024
Interview
Received a phone call, was asked basic questions like current experience and confirming my data. Then, they scheduled an office interview. Was a typical interview, going through my experience and such. Interview was with 3 people (HR, Manager, and technical)

Why do you want to work here? It was weird to be asked this, as I didn't apply, they reached me directly.
