Interview
Pretty easy interview. Interviewed with owner which was very casual. The owner is very casual and didnt feel like a high pressure interview. They were trying to get a sense of my personality if I were an overall fit for their business. They are looking for take charge people who can work without supervision while doing the job and helping to improve the business.

Tell me about yourself, what would you do to improve processes. Very basic questions. Felt more like they were getting an idea of your personality to see if you fit in the culture.
