      Head of Marketing Interview

      Mar 21, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Stockholm, Stockholm
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Divio (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Feb 2018

      Interview

I got to the final step of the interview process, where I was asked about salary expectations - upon I asked for an offer to then take the process from there, rather than the other way round. I was given an offer and wanted to negotiate the terms. After the negotiation process they kept me on hold for a week and then told me they had given the position to someone else. I asked for a 10% increase in salary (nothing over the top), expecting a negotiation and perhaps land somewhere in the middle. Bad manners. If they didn't wish to negotiate they could have told me so.
