I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Divvy
Interview
I had 3 interviews - the first with the hiring manager, the second with another manager and tester, and the third with a blend of managers and testers. The first two were non-technical.

Question 1
How would you handle a peer developer pressuring you to approve buggy code?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Divvy (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process started with me talking with a recruiter and having an initial phone screen (verify I'm a real person and not a total weirdo).
A few days after the first interview I had a zoom interview with the QA Manager - this was mostly to get a feel for who I am, talk about some experiences I've had, and see why I was interested in the job.
After this interview, I received homework to do at home related to the job. Once this was complete I had my final interview which consisted of two parts:
1) An interview with one of the engineering directors and another Sr. SDET who asked me lots of culture questions and some experience questions.
2) An interview with the QA Manager, the Tech Lead for the QA team, and another Engineering manager. We reviewed my work, I spoke about my process and how I solved various problems that came up, showed off some parts I was proud of and addressed areas that I could have done better or differently. They asked me lots of culture questions, asked about experiences I've had, and gave me plenty of time to ask all of my questions.
Once the final interview was complete I received updates every 3-5 days from the recruiter I had been working with which was very helpful and kept me in the loop. All in all I felt the process was great!
