I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dix & Eaton (Cleveland, OH) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online through company website and was emailed about an interview soon after. I went into the office for a skills test and an interview with the executive in charge of the intern program. The interview was more like a conversation about my experience on my resume as well as my interests and what I hope to learn or gain for the internship. The Director of HR was also going to interview me but she was out sick so she followed up with an phone interview later that week.
