(Interview was actually in 2010, that year was not an option on GlassDoor's site. Submitted resume in person, was contacted by email months later when a position became available. Called in and set up an interview appointment. Interview was very informal, and felt more like a conversation. It was a very comfortable experience. I would highly recommend a professional, but conservative appearance. Once accepting the offer, I was given a 2 week trial period, where they told me that at the end of 2 weeks, they or I could choose not to go forward and there would be no hard feelings.
